Psychiatry

The Psychiatry Interest Group is a student-led organization committed to exploring the field of psychiatry through research, education, and advocacy. Under the guidance of our mentors, Dr. Nikitas Arnaoutoglou and Dr. Eva-Maria Tsapaki—both experienced psychiatrists—we engage in meaningful research projects and host events that promote mental health awareness.

Currently, our group has two research projects in the works, and most recently we participated in the ESFIE conference with a mental health booth which educated conference-goers through hands on activities. Our mission is to educate the community about psychiatry, challenge common stigmas, and foster a deeper understanding of mental health.
